Which grafting technique is right?
A sinus lift raises the floor of the maxillary sinus in the upper back jaw. Bone spreading widens a narrow ridge. Larger defects can be rebuilt with your own bone or with a bone substitute material.
In some situations grafting and implant placement can be combined in a single appointment, which shortens the overall treatment time.
